**Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician I

**Location:** New Brighton, MN

**Shift: 3r** d Shift 10pm-6:30am Monday to Friday

**Pay Rate:** $24.82/ /hr

**Employment Type:** Full-time

**Special Requirements:** Background check and drug test required

Job Description:

This role is responsible for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules. The Manufacturing Technician I ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.

+ Assemble products using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to correctly produce/assemble/test medical devices.

+ Observe, maintain, coordinate, and complete standard work.

+ Follow all documented company policies and procedures in accordance with the Quality System.

+ Complete documentation related to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

_Minimum Education & Experience:_

+ High school diploma or relevant work experience.

+ Ability to read and follow documents (safety rules, operating procedures, work instructions).

+ Effective communication skills (oral and written).

+ Ability to work collaboratively with others.

_Preferred:_

+ GMP knowledge

+ Medical device manufacturing experience

+ Microscope experience

+ Analytical problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to work in areas with adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes.

+ Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and twist.

+ Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.

+ Inspect small parts for extended periods.

+ Close and color vision required.

+ Conform to controlled environments for apparel and hygiene.
