Forklift Operator

Job Specifications:

+ **Job Type:** Full-time

+ **Location:** Weyauwega, WI

+ **Pay Rate:** $23/HR

+ **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment

+ Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse and onto delivery vehicles

+ Inspect forklifts daily and report any malfunctions or safety concerns

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control

+ Ensure all products are handled and stored according to company standards

+ Support shipping and receiving processes as needed

+ Uphold all workplace safety guidelines and procedures

+ Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve productivity goals

Qualifications & Skills:

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Valid forklift operator certification/license required

+ Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting

+ Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills
