    Kelly Services** is hiring a **Recruiting Specialist** in **Farmington!

     

    If you thrive in full-cycle recruiting and enjoy partnering closely with hiring managers, this role places you at the center of talent acquisition operations. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment activities using Workday, support hiring initiatives across departments, and play a key role in delivering qualified talent efficiently and compliantly.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Post and manage job requisitions in Workday, including updating and editing job descriptions

    + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and qualification requirements

    + Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates

    + Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews aligned with recruiting processes

    + Maintain accurate candidate data and workflow status within the applicant tracking system

    + Attend job fairs, career events, and recruiting initiatives as assigned

    + Extend offers and support offer negotiations under guidance of the Head of A2H

    + Support Talent Acquisition activities including affirmative action reporting, system updates, and candidate communications

     

    What You’ll Bring

     

    + Experience working within the Workday Recruiting module required

    + Prior experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred

    + Strong administrative background; experience in a mid-size to large corporate environment strongly preferred

    + Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

     

    Schedule & Pay

     

    + Monday–Friday | **8:00 AM–4:30 PM** | Full-Time

    + **$30.00–$35.00/hr DOE** | Weekly Pay

    + Long-Term Temporary with opportunity for hire
