    Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

    7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

     

    $$27-$29

     

    EPA 608 Technician Certification REQUIRED

    What’s a typical day as a Building Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

     

    - Maintaining laboratories and offices to ensure they meet quality systems standards and are in a state of inspection readiness.

     

    - Interacting with building occupants to address and resolve issues related to temperature, plumbing, noise, odors, and fire systems.

     

    - Executing facility-related capital projects and coordinating small tenant improvements and contractor management.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    - Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

     

    - **EPA 608 Technician Certification REQUIRED**

     

    - Possess strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of quality systems in a validated facility.

     

    - Are proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

     

    - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can maintain detailed and accurate reports.
