Product Verification & Validation Engineer

+ **Location:** Horicon, WI (53032)

+ **Duration:** 12 months (contract extension potential)

+ **Type** : W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

+ **Pay:** Negotiable depending on direct-related experience up to $38 - $42 an hour

+ **Work Authorization:** Must be currently in the United States with active employment authorization documents **without CURRENT OR FUTURE sponsorship** requirements.

What makes you stand out:

+ Experience with product verification/validation planning and execution.

+ Possess knowledge of systematic corrective action processes (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, etc.)

+ Exposure to Riding Lawn Equipment and/or Utility Vehicle (UTV, ATV) products and applications.

Duties include developing, executing test and/or analysis plans for product verification and validation which includes but not limited to:

+ Plan and coordinate test and analysis work for projects varying in complexity from single component to complete development programs of broad scope.

+ Aid in establishing short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities.

+ Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the Engineering design community.

+ Analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations

+ Communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites to drive results

+ Lead and execute vehicle tests

Required:

+ 4-year engineering or technology degree

+ Demonstrated strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

+ Fluent communication and organizational skills.

+ Proven problem-solving skills
