Maryland Treatment Centers, Inc. currently has an opening available for a Full-Time or Part-Time Community Technician at our Avery House program for Women and Children located in Rockville, MD. Work closely with and under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Program Manager. Assist therapy staff in treatment of clients, supervise clients inside and outside of the facility. Responsible for explaining boundaries, house rules, performing security rounds, in addition to performing breathalyzer test and collecting specimen for drug screens, and other duties as assigned. Knowledge and understanding of telephone, facsimile, copiers, etc. and must be able to work independently, work all shifts. Minimum Requirements: *High School diploma/equivalent -1 year of experience in residential treatment *Bonus: Alcohol and Drug trainee's status have a valid driver's license
