About the role

As a **SQL/ BizTalk Technology Architect** , you will play a critical role in designing and implementing architecture solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, guide technical decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

In this role, you will:

+ Design and implement architecture solutions using SQL Server and .Net Core

+ Integrate Microsoft BizTalk Server into enterprise systems

+ Develop, test, and deploy applications using Visual Studio

+ Ensure scalability, performance, and security compliance of solutions

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

+ Document architectural designs and technical specifications

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What you need to have to be considered

+ 7–8 years of professional experience as a Technology Architect or in a similar role

+ Proficiency in SQL Server, .Net Core, Microsoft BizTalk Server, and Visual Studio

+ Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

+ Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams

+ Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies

+ Customer‑focused mindset to deliver solutions that meet business needs

These will help you stand out

+ Experience in the Payer domain

+ Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies

+ Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements

**Salary and Other Compensation** :

Applications will be accepted until Jan 20th, 2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,00 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
