Salesforce Business Analyst
**Location:** Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
• 7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience
• Should have experience in Financial Service Domain. FSC certification is good to have.
• Should have nCino product configuration experience. Needed 30 -40% functional experience.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Admin certification is plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Required Skills Technical Skills-, Business Services, Business Scorecard, Salesforce Admin Domain Skills- Nice to have Technical Skills- Domain Skills- Technology Salesforce.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software.
• Effective communication and social skills to interact with diverse senior team members.
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with software development process (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Optional: CRM system certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.
• Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology.
• Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major international institution.
• Extensive experience with implementing a similar system.
• Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support.
• Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry-standard methodologies
• Knowledge of business analysis standard methodologies (such as BABOK) and ability to optimally apply them
• Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices
• Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 01/09/2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000– $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
