About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Oracle EPM Functional Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience who will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle EPM solutions specifically focusing on FCCS and EPBCS modules. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to optimize financial processes and enhance asset management operations. This role requires a deep understanding of mutual funds and funds within the financial advisory domain.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial strategies.
+ Oversee the integration of FCCS and EPBCS modules to streamline financial consolidation and planning processes.
+ Provide expert guidance on asset management operations enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements ensuring seamless functionality.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle EPM configurations facilitating knowledge transfer and system understanding.
+ Conduct regular assessments of system performance implementing improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations safeguarding data integrity and security.
+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed for effective system use.
+ Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in financial technology recommending innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
+ Support the development of strategic plans for financial systems aligning technology with organizational goals.
+ Provide technical expertise in mutual fund and fund of funds operations driving improvements in asset management processes.
+ Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve system issues ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Oracle EPM capabilities to enhance financial decision-making.
What you need to have to be considered
+ Demonstrate extensive experience in Oracle EPM specifically FCCS and EPBCS with a proven track record of successful implementations.
+ Possess strong domain knowledge in financial advisory particularly in mutual funds and fund of funds operations.
+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex systems challenges effectively.
+ Showcase strong communication skills facilitating collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ Display proficiency in asset management operations with a focus on optimizing financial processes.
+ Demonstrate adaptability to hybrid work environments maintaining productivity and engagement in day shifts.
+ Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry developments and technological advancements.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
