Job Description
Currently seeking a Medical Front Desk Coordinator for a full-time temporary to possible permanent position in Foxboro, MA with a company that has been earning the trust and satisfaction of its patrons since 1990.
Responsibilities of Medical Front Desk Coordinator include:
-Greet patients as they enter facility and check patients in and out for their appointments
-Answer incoming calls, emails and other correspondence
-Schedule appointments and recall patients who cancelled, missed, or haven t scheduled appointments
-Verify, collect, record and enter payments and charges
-Open and close facility
-Prepare treatments rooms between appointments
-Complete screening assessments including blood pressure and vitals as needed
-Ensure patients are comfortable and taken care of during entire visit
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Medical Front Desk Coordinator:
-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
-At least 2 years administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
-Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software
-Able to follow written and verbal instructions
-Great organizational skills and attention to details
-Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Able to multitask with great accuracy in tasks
Hours: 1st shift opportunity Monday-Friday with shift every 1st and 3rd Saturday
Payrate: $20.00/hr
