Responsibilities

Join Genesis as a market Lead Clinical Specialist where within a defined geographic market, you will function as a strategic leader who assumes ultimate responsibility for the market's nursing centers clinical successes and innovation.

*Report directly to Market President

*Develop self-directed nursing center leaders and model practices to identify, embrace and be accountable for continuous clinical improvements and clinically driven business opportunities that leverage and strengthen nursing centers impact and success

*Improve and maintain the Genesis national quality strategy in every site of service, embracing compassion and zero harm as the pillars of quality care delivery

*Implement QAPI to maximize current and future clinical performance

*Collaborate with the market's interdisciplinary team and nursing centers to instill accountability to patient/resident wellness.

*Partner with operations and reimbursement team members to champion market and center financial stewardship within the clinical operating budget.

*Create an environment for growth opportunities and talent development within the market to develop Genesis team members as future leaders.

*Collaborate with market and corporate support partners to ensure that all nursing centers comply with

city, state, and federal regulations.

*Oversee that findings on quality reviews and plans of correction from annual and complaint surveys are followed up and addressed.

Qualifications

*RN licensure and Bachelor's Degree are required.

*RN license in all states within the market is required.

*Must have a certification in quality or commit to obtaining certification in quality.

*Must be a certified yellow, green, or black belt in Lean Six Sigma or commit to becoming certified at a minimum of a yellow belt.

*Experience as a Director of Nursing in a long term care facility preferred.

*Knowledge and experience of long term care is required.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
