    Experienced EOS Integrator Needed for Rapidly Growing Home Improvement Company Are you a highly skilled Integrator with a proven track record in operational excellence? A fast-growing company in the home improvement industry is seeking a confidential hire for an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Integrator role to help scale its business, specializing in 1 & 2-day bathroom renovations. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for turning vision into execution. You will manage the day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure team alignment in a rapidly expanding environment. Key Responsibilities:

     

    + Operational Leadership: Implement and execute the EOS framework to align teams, streamline operations, and meet company goals.

    + Team Management: Lead department heads to ensure all operations, from sales to installation, run efficiently and on schedule.

    + Scaling Growth: Optimize business processes to handle increasing demand while maintaining the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality bathroom renovations in just 1-2 days.

    + KPI Management: Track key performance indicators and ensure accountability across all levels of the organization.

    + Problem Solving: Identify issues and roadblocks, ensuring swift resolution to maintain smooth, efficient workflows.

    + Vision Execution: Work closely with the Visionary (CEO) to translate long-term company vision into actionable plans and measurable results.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Proven EOS Experience: 3+ years as an EOS Integrator, with a demonstrated ability to scale businesses.

    + Leadership Skills: Experience leading teams in high-growth environments, especially in home services, renovation, or construction industries.

    + Strong Operational Background: Expertise in improving efficiency and driving performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

    + Metrics-Driven Mindset: Adept at tracking and using data to drive decision-making and accountability.

    + Problem Solver: A natural at identifying and resolving operational challenges swiftly and efficiently.
