    Veeva Architect

    What You'll Do

    + Serve as a trusted advisor with 20% program/engagement management, 50% analysis, and 30% technical responsibilities, leveraging deep knowledge of Veeva commercial applications.

    + Act as a subject-matter expert in meetings with senior management and executives.

    + Translate complex client and vendor concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

    + Assess customer challenges and technology gaps, recommending solutions to enable success.

    + Expand expertise in Life Sciences and Veeva solutions, staying current with industry trends.

    + Deliver high-quality assessments, health checks, and commercial architecture designs.

    + Evaluate customer capabilities and develop best practices to optimize CRM solutions.

    Requirements

    + 10+ years of experience in Commercial IT Architecture within Life Sciences.

    + Hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault, Veeva MedComms, and Veeva Data Cloud.

    + Familiarity with upcoming Veeva AI and Agentic AI capabilities.

    + Proven ability to lead teams and clients through complex initiatives.

    + Strong background in commercial solutions architecture, data architecture, data governance, API integrations, and external system connectivity.

    + In-depth knowledge of pharma/life sciences commercial operations.

    + Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

    + Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%).

    Nice to Have

    + Prior consulting experience.

    + Veeva certifications (e.g., Vault Platform Administrator, CRM Administrator).

    + Knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud applications.

    + Experience with pharma or medical device companies.

    + Familiarity with business process development, SOPs, governance, and program management.

    + Technical experience in Data Warehousing, Web Services, ETL, SQL, Force.com, FTP, and Batch CSV integrations.
