The Nursing Education department helps build the team’s expertise in patient care by expanding our nursing employees’ skills through demonstrations, HLC continuing education courses, nursing specialty training academies and other educational offerings. The department plans, designs, implements and evaluates all education activities for nursing staff with the goal of increasing their job performance and skills.
As the Life Support Training Specialist, you will support the operational, administrative, and customer service functions of the Hawai‘i Pacific Health (HPH) Life Support Training Program across all facilities. You will serve as the frontline contact for staff, physicians, and community partners requiring life support training, and provide technical and administrative support for the learning management system and the American Heart Association training platforms. In this role, you will assist with class management, support instructions and educators, assist learners with access and registration needs, and promote high-quality customer service to maintain compliance and smooth program operations.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
