Job Summary and Qualifications
Position Summary
Position will manage a group of Imaging System Consultants and Senior Imaging System Administrators to inform and execute consistent approaches to the deployment and advanced support of core Radiology technologies across one of HCA’s three regional groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Radiology Systems and their supporting integrations, a commitment to operational consistency across the network, and dedication to their team’s success and engagement. The Portfolio Manager will play a key role in developing recommendations for Group standards, and the effective delivery of our services through a positive work environment and operations that align with the organization's overall goals. This position requires a passionate, dedicated approach to optimizing Radiology systems across a large install base, and effective collaboration across multiple clinical and technical stakeholder groups.
Major Responsibilities:
+ Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of consulting analysts and imaging system administrators, providing guidance, support, and career development.
+ Communication: Communicate imaging system strategy and support results to clinical service line leaders and key stakeholders monthly. Demonstrates appropriate levels of escalation as needed for leader awareness and support. Communicates system status during major events or outages and root cause analysis following events.
+ Project Delivery: Manages the planning and execution of the portfolio of imaging system projects
+ Imaging Systems Support: Manages the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of imaging systems to ensure seamless operation and support for end-users.
+ End-User Support: Ensure that all end-users receive timely and effective support for imaging-related issues, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. Proactively monitors and communicates SLAs.
+ Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of imaging services, including workflow optimization and resource management.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, clinical staff, and administration, to ensure alignment and integration of imaging services with overall organizational goals.
+ Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all imaging services comply with relevant regulations and standards, and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of service delivery
+ Budget Management: Manage the budget for the imaging department, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
+ Training and Development: Will participate as needed in ongoing training and development. Will provide ongoing training and development opportunities for imaging managers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
+ Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in clinical imaging technology and practices and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
+ Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
+ Associate's degree Required
+ Bachelor's degree completed within 24-months of hire date Required
+ 5+ years of experience in Radiology discipline Required
+ 5+ years of experience in Radiology IT Preferred
+ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
