Job Summary

Horizon Roofing is seeking Commercial Roofers for North Dakota. This is a permanent full-time position working with experienced crews to install and repair commercial roofing systems. The work is physical, outdoors, and offers long-term growth with a company that invests heavily in training.

Responsibilities

+ Install and repair commercial roofing systems

+ Tear-off old materials and prep roofs

+ Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

+ Lay insulation, glue, prime, roll seams, nail edges

+ Install reinforced perimeter strips and follow fastening patterns

+ Operate power tools and rooftop equipment

+ Maintain clean work areas and equipment

+ Follow instructions from Foreman and crew leads

+ Communicate clearly and work safely at heights

+ Work outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Occasional weekend work when needed

Requirements

+ Roofing or construction experience preferred

+ Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights

+ Able to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical labor

+ Reliable transportation

+ Safety-minded, dependable, attention to detail

+ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

+ Willingness to work outdoors year-round

+ Must pass a physical, drug test, and background check
