RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Tackle repair orders with skill, speed, and the kind of confidence that makes the rest of the shop nod in approval
+ Put your diagnostic superpowers to work using scanners, specialty tools, and the occasional test drive (the fun kind)
+ Keep vehicles happy by diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing systems from bumper to bumper
+ Team up with our Service Advisor to keep customers in the loop and feeling taken care of
+ Complete digital multipoint inspections like a pro — clear, thorough, and easy for customers to understand
+ Handle warranty repairs with precision and manufacturerapproved finesse
+ Bring a positive, highenergy vibe that lifts the whole shop
REQUIREMENTS
+ Solid knowhow in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics — you speak “car” fluently
+ Strong communication skills, whether you’re typing notes or talking with teammates
+ A customerfirst mindset and the ability to make people feel confident in your work
+ A teamplayer attitude — no lone wolves here
+ Comfort using computers, tablets, and modern diagnostic tech
+ Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment without breaking a sweat
+ A valid driver’s license and a clean record
+ A high school diploma (or equivalent)
