    + No nights, weekends, or holidays

    About the Role

    Join Amergis Educational Services as a Credentialed School RN (CRN) supporting students in Pomona. This daytime role is ideal for RNs who value a predictable schedule while making a direct impact on student health and learning.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Triage and care for acute illnesses/injuries

    + Chronic condition management (asthma, diabetes, seizure care)

    + Medication administration

    + IHP/504 support and staff training

    + Immunization review and health screenings

    + Health education for students and staff

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide first aid and emergency response per protocol

    + Administer medications/treatments and maintain accurate documentation

    + Develop and implement Individualized Health Plans (IHPs)

    + Monitor and support students with chronic conditions

    + Communicate with parents/guardians and collaborate with school staff

    + Maintain student health records in compliance with district/state regulations

    Required Qualifications

    + Current, active California RN license

    + Credentialed School Nurse (CRN/CSN) — required

    + CPR/BLS certification (current)

    + TB clearance and background/fingerprint clearance

    + Reliable transportation

    Preferred (not required)

    + Prior school nursing or pediatric nursing experience

    + Experience developing IHPs and supporting students with special healthcare needs
