    Occupational Therapist (OT) – $55/hr – San Jose, CA – Full-time

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to perform student evaluations, develop and provide therapy services, and document services in accordance with individualized plans of care. This role involves working with high school students across two campuses.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: San Jose, CA

    + Start Date: December 15, 2025

    + End Date: 180-day contract

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 37.5 hrs/week

    + Duration: 180 days

    + Pay Rate: $55/hr

    + Modality: In-person

    + Openings: 1

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct evaluations and develop therapy plans

    + Provide direct therapy services to students

    + Document services accurately and timely

    + Collaborate with school staff to support student needs

    Requirements:

    + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in CA

    + One (1) year of prior OT experience preferred

    + Complies with all relevant professional standards

    + Current CPR (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
