Job Duties and Responsibilities
As Manager, Technical Product Management, you’ll be responsible for helping build our Boost Mobile business; growing, leading and mentoring a team that will work closely with our partners to build our brand and grow our 5G and Boost Mobile business.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Technical Product Managers, establishing clear role definitions, accountability, and consistent feedback.
+ Support the growth of Boost Mobile through strategically driven, product-led capabilities on the Digital Operator Platform.
+ Lead the evolution of the technical roadmap from static plans to a dynamic, AI-driven, data-rich platform for unified visibility.
+ Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring features move through the pipeline with minimal rework.
+ Implement best-in-class Agile processes, prioritizing the refinement of technical requirements, system process flows, and the clarification of complex edge cases.
+ Foster a culture of comprehensive ownership, encouraging the team to support the creation of technical documentation and manage both customer experience and technical solutions.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ BS Degree in computer science or a related or technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 3+ years of demonstrated management experience leading technical teams in an Agile development environment, with proven ability to manage dual Portfolio and Technical Product Management roles.
+ 5+ years of combined product management, technical analysis, or project management experience, specifically within telecom ordering systems, billing, or subscription management.
Preferred Skills:
+ Strong working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud-native architecture, APIs, and database management.
+ Executive-level communication skills for roadmap reviews and presentations, with the ability to manage teams across multiple geographic regions.
+ Expertise in identifying and implementing processes that enhance productivity, transparency, and coordination.
+ Strong technical knowledge of software development and solution architecture principles.
+ Ability to explore, pilot, and implement AI-driven efficiencies to optimize workflows.
+ Experience in building and operating new products and services while navigating complex environments.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $150,000.00/Year
