Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

    Responsibilities

+ Integrate readiness systems across all partner teams to ensure workflows, documentation, onboarding, and learning operate as one coherent system.

+ Own the end-to-end roadmap for learning, onboarding, enablement, cultural mechanisms, and signals—driving quarterly commitments, dependencies, and measurable progress.

+ Translate AI platform patterns into durable engineering systems, including Copilot workflows, agents, diagnostics, documentation automation, and on-the-job AI scenarios.

+ Lead the creation and maintenance of MOUs across pillars to define responsibilities, remove ambiguity, and standardize cross-team collaboration.

+ Simplify and integrate the team's work into the org’s operating rhythm, eliminating ROB collisions and aligning training and onboarding with business cadence.

+ Define and operationalize role-specific AI adoption pathways, ensuring AI use becomes natural, expected, and embedded in day-to-day engineering work.

+ Embed organizational health and Employee Signals into the readiness system, turning sentiment insights into action loops that guide priorities and system improvements.

+ Establish consistent leadership norms and cultural mechanisms that reinforce psychological safety, system-first communication, and clear expectations for experimentation.

+ Represent STAR in technical and operational forums, influencing senior engineers, TLs, and directors, and ensuring readiness systems align with architectural direction and reliability expectations.

    Qualifications

    Require Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

    + 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

    Preferred Qualifications:

+ Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to improve engineering workflows, operational systems, or program execution at scale.

+ Ability to reason about AI capabilities, limitations, and risk, and to translate platform innovations (e.g., copilots, agentic systems, intelligent automation) into durable, governed systems adopted across teams.
