    **Sanipac** , a Waste Connections company is looking for a _safety_ conscious **Yard Laborer** to join the team in **Eugene, Oregon** .

    **Schedule: 4/10 Schedule, Mon-Fri,** (Days may be non-consecutive )

    **4:00am-2:30pm** with occasional overtime

    Driver's License Required: Must have a clean driving record.

    MUST PASS:

    Competitive Compensation:** **Starting Pay** **$24.53/hr

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Manual labor including paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable.

    + Washing, repairing, and assembling trash bins andcontainers

    + Traffic management.

    + Perform yard work including cutting weeds.

    + Perform general office maintenance and repairs includingpaintingand janitorial work.

    + Working outside in all weather conditions.

    + Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    + Operates skid steer and forklift.

    WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

    + Work involves constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxicchemicals, bio hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises

    + Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work;heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.

    + Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basicsafetyprecautions.

    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    + **Valid Driver’s License** with **Clean driving record.**

    + **Pass Criminal Background Check, Drug panel Screening, and Motor Vehicle Report**

    + Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.

    + Minimum 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

    + Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company’ssafetystandards; work with a sense of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.
