What You’ll Do:

As a** **Customer Service Representative** **, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver that ensures a positive experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

+ Answering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes

+ Accepting and processing customer payments

+ Investigating and resolving billing inquiries

+ Updating and maintaining customer account information

+ Collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of high-volume customer service experience

+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook**

+ Strong **verbal and written communication** skills

+ A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

+ A team player who cares about safety, service, and community impact
