    Requirements

    INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

    + Valid Business License, LLC or Inc

    + Active Worker’s Compensation Insurance policy

    + General Liability Insurance

    + Federal EIN #

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    + Favorable background investigation results

    + You cannot be a sole proprietor
