    ### Job Duties

    Responsible for promoting consumer and business deposit products and services while complying with all bank policies and compliance regulations. Handles and resolves customer service issues with deposit products and services. Actively provides referrals of potential customers to residential real estate lender, commercial lenders, consumer lenders, and investment representative.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    One to three years related experience and/or training. Sales/customer service experience in a banking environment in a banking environment desirable. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure. Ability to multi-task. Good organizational skills.
