Job Description:

The Individual Dental & Vision Sales Sr. Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, revenue, and broker/partner engagement for Commercial Individual Dental and Vision products.
This role leads the development and execution of sales strategy across assigned geographies and/or distribution channels, partners closely with marketing, product, actuarial, operations and field sales resources, and ensures consistent pipeline development, quoting conversion, and enrollment performance.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, consultative selling, broker/channel management, analytics, and operational execution. The manager will establish go-to-market plans, monitor performance to targets, and identify opportunities to accelerate growth through improved distribution, conversion, and sales effectiveness.
**In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is also eligible for our Sales Incentive Compensation plan**
Fundamental Components:
+ Own overall Individual Dental & Vision sales performance across assigned markets/channels.
+ Build strong relationships with key brokers, agencies (GAs), partners, and/or digital distribution platforms.
+ Establish performance cadences (Weekly/monthly) for pipeline reviews, quoting activity, and conversion monitoring.
+ Partner with Marketing on lead generation, messaging, campaigns, and broker communications.
+ Collaborate with Product to align offerings, plan design, and market competitiveness.
+ Coordinate with Actuarial to support rate strategy and market tactics.
+ Coach and develop sales team members to maximize productivity and performance.
+ Required to communicate with internal and external parties telephonically and/or in person. May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings.
Experience Required:
+ 7-10 years healthcare sales and/or account management experience.
+ Individual commercial experience - dental and vision.
+ Health & Life licensed.
+ Experience developing and implementing sales strategy to sell Individual ancillary products.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,500.00 - $174,134.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
