CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Support Representative – End User Services position for our client.
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Duration:** 3 months
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for end-users across PC operating systems, applications, network, servers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve incidents via helpdesk systems, phone, and remote tools
• Track and document all incidents, outages, and resolutions
• Perform security administration for user and data access
• Monitor mainframe systems (IBM/Unisys) and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate incident updates promptly and professionally
• Assist in client training for new system migrations (nice to have)
Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of technical support or computer operations experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mainframe systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse user community
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; IT-related Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
