    **Job Title:** Print Production 2nd and 3rd shift

    **Location:** Brooklyn Park, MN

    **Job Type:** Hourly Consultant

    **2nd Shift:** Sunday through Wednesday, 2:30 pm to 1 am -$20.50/hr

    **3rd Shift:** Sunday through Wednesday, 10:30 pm to 9 am-$20.80/hr

    Essential Functions:

    + Operate digital and color equipment to meet contracted customer requirements.

    + Complete defined and routine tasks and activities with accuracy.

    + Lift and move up to 50 pounds as required.

    + Serve as point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs.

    + Troubleshoot and problem solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements.

    + Perform quality inspections before, during, and after each production run.

    + Operate high-volume printers and copiers efficiently.

    + Perform operator maintenance on equipment.

    + Maintain reporting logs and provide accurate information for billing purposes.

    + Track and store jobs as required by customers, including file back-up for future use.

    + Work overtime as required to meet production deadlines.

    Skills:

    + Proficient with PC operations (keyboard, mouse, basic functions).

    + Able to send/receive emails, locate, open, save documents and files, and perform data entry.

    + Capable of using Internet Explorer for web browsing and sending documents to preconfigured printers.

    + Basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages).

    + Demonstrates professionalism, business maturity, and effective communication skills.

    Experience:

    + Experience operating digital and color printing equipment in a production environment preferred.

    + Prior experience with high-volume printing, copying, and maintenance tasks is a plus.

    Education:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Additional technical training in print production or related field is a plus.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
