CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineer – Performance & Resilience Management position for our client.

**Location:** Pittsburgh, PA

**Duration:** 26 months

Duties:

+ Execute performance, load, stress, scalability, and resilience testing for enterprise banking applications.

+ Design workload models reflecting real-world usage patterns.

+ Develop and maintain performance test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.

+ Analyze performance results to identify bottlenecks across applications, networks, and infrastructure.

+ Apply chaos engineering techniques to validate system resilience and fault tolerance.

+ Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

+ Monitor and analyze system performance using APM and observability tools.

Skills:

+ Banking industry experience

+ Performance engineering tools: LoadRunner, JMeter

+ Monitoring/observability tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk

+ Workload modeling and capacity planning

+ Chaos engineering experience (Litmus)

Experience:

+ 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or quality engineering

+ Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale performance testing

+ Financial services or banking domain experience preferred

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
