CTG is seeking to fill a Clinical & Revenue Applications Staff Position Programmer – Integration Services position for our client.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY (Hybrid Remote)
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Develop, configure, and maintain healthcare interfaces for CAC/CDI, EHR, and billing systems.
+ Build HL7 v2.x, batch, and EDI-style integrations to support revenue cycle workflows.
+ Translate business and functional requirements into technical interface designs and mappings.
+ Troubleshoot interface failures, data mismatches, and performance issues.
+ Implement monitoring, logging, and QA/QC best practices.
+ Support go-live activities and post–go-live stabilization.
+ Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysts, clinical leadership, IT, Compliance, and vendors.
Skills & Experience:
+ 5+ years healthcare interface development experience.
+ Hands-on with InterSystems Ensemble and ISS/Link.
+ Strong HL7 v2.x knowledge and healthcare integration patterns.
+ Familiarity with clinical documentation, coding, charges, and financial transactions.
+ Preferred: CAC/CDI platform experience, ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS, DRG knowledge.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
