Are you passionate about helping students navigate their educational journey? The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a One Stop Representative for Financial Aid to serve as the first point of contact for students seeking assistance with financial aid applications, awards, and disbursements.

Student Support with Purpose:
+ Provide accurate information about financial aid eligibility, applications, and awards
+ Assist students in person, by phone, and via email with initial questions
+ Review and accept documentation for federal student aid
+ Help students schedule appointments with Financial Aid Officers
Organized & Detail-Oriented Work:
+ Perform accurate data entry, auditing, and record maintenance
+ Protect student privacy by following institutional and federal regulations
+ Organize resources and establish priorities to meet department goals
+ Follow escalation guidelines for complex student inquiries
Collaborative & Mission-Aligned:
+ Contribute to short- and long-term departmental goals
+ Support CWI’s values through words and actions
+ Perform other duties as assigned
+ Some local travel and occasional evening hours may be required
What We’re Looking For:
+ One year of experience working with students in a financial aid office or other postsecondary setting or three years in an office environment preferred
+ Strong computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, and written communication skills
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
