Required Education/Experience
+ High School Diploma/GED and High school diploma or GED and at least three years of related experience in supply chain or a related field.
+ Bachelor's Degree and Bachelors degree or at least one year of related experience in supply chain or a related field.
Relevant Work Experience
+ The Applicant should be familiar with Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Procedures (HASPs) regarding procuring materials and services for utilization by company personnel and/or at company facilities.
+ The Applicant must take and pass the Material Analyst test at the Learning Center.
+ Applicant must have excellent oral and written communication skills
+ The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Experience with the companys mainframe system, Oracle EBS Finance/Supply Chain, is highly preferred.
+ Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, while demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
Licenses and Certifications
+ Driver's License Required
+ Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS)
Physical Demands
+ Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds
+ Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
+ Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday
+ Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday
Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
