    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to

    lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams. You will

    facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement,

    ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC projects and ongoing

    support (run + grow). The ideal candidate is fluent in eCommerce domain

    workflows (catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, OMS), can coach

    cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with organizational governance

    and compliance practices.

     

    + 8+ years inAgile delivery; 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams.

    + Directexperience with SFCC/SFRA programs or comparable enterprise eCommerceplatforms.

    + Proven trackrecord improving velocity predictability, reducing defect leakage, andmanaging dependencies.

    + Deep understandingof Scrum and Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling patterns (e.g., SAFe,LeSS, Nexus or pragmatic multi-team coordination).

    + Strongproficiency in Jira (boards, filters, dashboards), Confluence(documentation), and CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/AzureDevOps).

    + CertifiedScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II).

    + Familiarity with eCommerce domain: **catalog** , **pricing** , **promotions** , **checkout** , **payments** , **tax** , **shipping** , **returns** , **OMS** .

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Agile Delivery & Facilitation**

    + Lead Scrum ceremonies: **daily stand-ups,sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives** .

    + Partner with Product Owner(s) to **prioritizebacklog** , refine user stories, and maintain **transparent sprintgoals** .

    + Track **sprint health** (capacity, velocity,burndown/burnup) and manage **scope** within sprint boundaries.

    + Identify and remove team impediments(dependencies, environment issues, test data, approvals).

    + Coordinate cross-team dependencies (SFCC,integrations, OMS, payments, content/SEO, data/analytics).

    + Promote flow efficiency: limit WIP, reduceblockers, and drive faster cycle times.

    + **Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting**

    + Provide timely, clear status reporting (sprintsummaries, velocity trends, risks, and mitigations).

    + Run effective demos to showcase business valueand gather feedback early.

    + Align delivery with governance (security,compliance, PCI, accessibility) and change management.

    + **Coaching & Continuous Improvement**

    + Coach team and stakeholders on Scrum/Agileprinciples and empirical process control.

    + Facilitate retrospectives that lead tomeasurable improvements; implement action items.

    + Nurture a culture of psychological safety,accountability, and outcomes over outputs.

    + **Project Leadership:**

    + Manage SFCC B2C implementation, migration, andenhancement projects from initiation to closure.

    + Define project scope, objectives, timelines, anddeliverables aligned with business goals.

    + **Planning & Execution:**

    + Develop detailed project plans, budgets, andresource allocation strategies.

    + Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensureadherence to timelines and quality standards.

    + **Team Coordination:**

    + Collaborate with developers, architects, QA,UX/UI teams, and third-party vendors.

    + Ensure SFCC best practices are followed acrossdevelopment and integration.

    + **Technical Oversight:**

    + Understand SFCC B2C architecture, APIs (OCAPI,SCAPI), and Business Manager configurations.

    + Support integration with payment gateways, OMS,CRM, and other enterprise systems.

    **Education:** Bachelor-s

    degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business

    Administration, or a related field.
