    Job Description

    Hybrid work. Position based in Needham (Boston), Massachusetts.

     

    High quality consolidation and analysis of complex & heterogeneous data. Collaboration with IT and other Finance departments in automation, process improvements and enhancement of data integrity.

    Job Duties

    1. Enhance current reporting portfolio with high quality standard & ad hoc reports

    2. Support planning process in Sales, R&D and Product Management

    3. Further enhancement of data quality for Vertical Market P&L’s

    4. Improve data integrity between ERP, CRM, HFM/OneStream & BI

    5. Business partner with IT / BI Team to automate global reports (functional cost, inventory aging, past due aging, R&D projects)

    6. Consult on global master data harmonization initiatives (product codes, customer & vendor accounts, product / customer hierarchies, aging cluster etc.)

    7. Support strategic Finance projects (e. g. OneStream Implementation, BI dashboards etc.)

    Job Requirements

    Education, formal qualifications:

    • Degree in Finance with focus on data & analytics

    Professional experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in comparable roles

    • Global, multi-national FP&A experience

    • Practical experience in complex & heterogeneous data environments

    Competencies, skills, knowledge, mindset:

    • Solid knowledge of core FP&A and Accounting processes

    • Practical experience in ERP + BI systems, advanced profile in Excel

    • Analytical skills

    • Ability to navigate & prioritize in complex environment

    • Business partner mindset

    • Team player in multinational matrix organization

    • Fluent in English

     

    Compensation: 74K - 92K base salary plus 10% annual bonus target and benefits.
