    Requirements

    What you will do:

    - Document workflows and business processes with clarity and consistency.

     

    - Develop clear, detailed functional requirements for new or enhanced solutions.

     

    - Conduct thorough testing to validate that solutions meet requirements and deliver measurable value.

     

    - Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

     

    - Experience working in a manufacturing environment and applying continuous improvement tools is a strong differentiator.

    What you will need:

    - Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of industry experience

     

    - Background in chemical engineering, manufacturing, or IT (preferred)

     

    - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

     

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

     

    - Experience with software testing best practices

     

    - Solid understanding of business processes and systems
