Candidates MUST reside in Florida OR be willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for managing the intake, tracking, and coordination of all operational and physician contracts for the health system.

+ Review and prepare corporate contracts, physician contracts, and other legal documents, ensure all contracts comply with the applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines (e.g., anti-kickback, Stark, etc.), coordinates with various internal departments, in-house counsel, and outside counsel on key contractual terms and conditions, and develops and refines standard templates for use throughout the health system.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Required - 1 year - Legal; Or - 1 year - Paralegal; Or - 1 year - Contracts Related; Preferred - 1 year - Healthcare in related field.

+ Attorney with No Experience is also acceptable to fulfill the experience requirement.

+ Required - Bachelors - Related Field
