    Summary:

    Provides fee for service massage therapy, implements a la carte services, maintains suite and other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:

    Essential:

    * HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

    Nonessential:

    * Associates Degree

    Credentials:

    Essential:

    * Massage Therapist

    Nonessential:

    Must obtain BLS and AED training from an approved source within 90 days of hire.
