    We are currently seeking a **Pharmacy Manager - Home Infusion** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. .

     

    **Pharmacy Manager** position details:

    + **Facility:** BayCare Homecare

    + **Location:** Largo, FL

    + **Status:** Full time, salary

    + **Shift:** 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities

    + Responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical functions of the department of pharmacy

    + Establishing and monitoring quality indicators, continuing the development and implementation of policies and procedures for new and existing pharmacy services, determining and deploying resources, and maintaining safe and effective departmental operations

    + Scheduling, recruitment, orientation, performance reviews and disciplinary action of pharmacy team members

    Qualifications

    + **Education:**

    + **Required:** Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

    + **Preferred:** Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy

    + **Licensure:**

    + **Required:** Florida Pharmacist License

    + **Preferred:** Consultant Pharmacist License

    + **Preferred:** ASHP (Pharmacists)-Accredited Program

    + **Experience:**

    + 5 years of experience in field as an individual contributor

    + 1-3 years supervisory/coordinator experience **Other Requirements:** Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
