    The **Medical Social Worker R** **esponsibilities include** :

    + Evaluates the psychosocial aspects of the patient and family, refers and assists in the referral process community agencies.

    Medical Social Worker - Home Care Requirements:

    + Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

    + Master's – Social Work; Or Master's - Counseling

    + 1-year Social Work experience

    + Preferred 1 year of Home Care experience
