    Summary:

    Provides fee for service massage therapy, implements a la carte services, maintains suite and other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:

    Essential:

    * HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

    Nonessential:

    * Associates Degree

    Credentials:

    Essential:

    * Licensed Massage Therapist Florida

    Nonessential:

    * Basic Life Support

    * Automated External Defibrillator within 90 days of hire.

    Facility:

    BayCare Health System, Carillon Wellness Center and Morton Plant Cheek Powell Fitness Center
