    The Supervisor Executive Administration:

    + Supervises staff of Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants.

    + Provides advanced administrative support to the Executives as required.

    + Manages Executives' schedules to include travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls.

    + Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as required.

    + Performs other administrative functions as requested by the Executives.

    + Responsible for oversight of BMS, LLC administrative budgets and functions.

    + Coordinate BMG board meetings and Physician Advisory Council meetings.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Experience:

    + Required - 4 years - Supervisory Role in a related field

    + Required - 8 years - Executive Assistant; Or - 6 years - Relevant experience with Associates

    Education:

    + Required - High School or Equivalent
