    Acute Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

    + Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

    + Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, balance, and functional mobility.

    + Educate patients and caregivers on safe movement techniques, home exercise programs, and discharge planning.

    + Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.

    + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated care.

    + Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient-centered care plans.

    **Certifications and Licensures** :

    + Required BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + Required PT (Physical Therapy)

    + Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain

    + Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
