What You Will Do
At Catholic Charities of St. Cloud, we believe in serving and enhancing human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. Our Community Residential Settings (CRS) provide compassionate, community-based care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. We’re seeking a **Residential Supervisor for St. Anne's and St. Luke's Group Homes in Cold Spring (** **_just 20-25 miles from St. Cloud_** **).** The Residential Supervisor will lead one of these homes with heart, purpose, and professionalism.
As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team. You will:
+ **Lead and support** a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback.
+ **Deliver hands-on care** to clients, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
+ **Coordinate care** with families, medical professionals, and community partners.
+ **Manage operations** including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance.
+ **Champion quality** by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
The Residential Supervisor must minimally have:
1. A bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, education or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, or
2. An associate’s degree in a field related to human services, education or health and two years full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, or
3. A diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from a post-secondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, or
4. A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities, **and**
5. Four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in 1, 2, or 3 above.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required** **:
You must possess a valid driver’s license and must be able to successfully pass a background check and MN driver's record check.
