    Machine Maintenance and Repair

    The Role:

    + Installs and maintains a wide variety of complex machine tools such as horizontal and vertical boring machines, automatic screw machines, lathes, grinders and milling machines.

    + Lays out and performs complicated machining and bench operations on the replacement and repairing of parts

    + Diagnoses and remedies complex machine issues

    + Tears down and reassembles sophisticated mechanisms involving highly skilled fitting of bearings and spindles, coordinating cams and gears aligning and adjusting of clutches, brakes and couplings etc

    Requirements:

    + Experience in a manufacturing/machining environment.

    + Minimum 2 years experience as a machine repair professional.

    + Have a thorough knowledge of shop mathematics.

    + Available to be assigned to any shift.

    + Minimum of High School or GED diploma.
