**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for a project located in and around **Mountain View, AR.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **$30-32/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Fabrication and Assembly of Detention-Grade Steel Components; Modular Jail Cells, Door Frames, and Structural Assemblies

+ MIG Welding

+ Fit, Align, and Tack Heavy GaugeSteel Components

+ Weld Structural Steel Joints and Seams with Proper Penetration and Finish

+ Conduct Visual Inspection of Weld Quality and Verify Fit-up Accuracy

+ Grind, Clean, and Prep Welded Components for Coating or Finishing as Required

+ Maintain Safe Work Practices and Housekeeping

Requirements:

+ Minimum of 5 Years of Experience

+ Able to Read and Interpret Fabrication Drawings

+ Basic Hand Tools for the Trade

+ Standard PPE
