Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **Pipe Welders** for projects located in and around **Ripon, WI** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to **$30/hour** based on experience & skill level **plus $100/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site.** If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Perform precise welds in multiple positions according to job specifications

+ Conduct post-weld inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards

+ Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

+ Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance

+ Troubleshoot and adjust welding parameters for optimal performance

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

+ Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ MIG weld stainless pipe

+ Read blue prints

+ Use precision measurement tools
