    **Tradesmen International** is looking to expand our team of qualified Trade Professionals for current & future projects in and around **Colorado Springs, CO.** Most positions are first shift with a pay scale of **$30-35/hour** based on experience & skill level with Travel Work Available. If you are a **Structural** **Sitck** **Welders** and want to work alongside other proven Craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior workmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Support crane repair and installation work inside steel mills

    + Work on cranes and bridge components

    + Structural stick welding on cranes and related components

    + Repair and installation of overhead cranes inside active steel mills

    + Work performed to AWS D14.1 standards (cranes & bridges)

    + Reading and working from blueprints and weld symbols

    + Performing repairs, modifications, and some fabrication as needed

    + Taking direction from a supervisor and working independently without constant oversight

    Requirements:

    + AWS D14.1 Certification required; must have already or able to obtain it

    + Structural Stick Welding Experience

    + Fabrication experience is a plus

    + Comfortable working in industrial/steel mill environments2+ Years of Experience in the Field

    + Basic Tools for the Trade

    + Proper PPE must be worn: Have your own Hood and Gloves/Leathers
