    IQVIA is seeking an experienced **Director, BI, Data Services, Reporting and Analytics** to spearhead the development of a high-performing BI team. This role will focus on building and managing a team of data experts to design and implement **DataMarts** that integrate both structured and unstructured data sources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering BI solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with **AI-driven analytics** .

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Team Leadership & Development**

    + Build, mentor, and lead a team of BI professionals and data engineers.

    + Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    + **BI Strategy & Delivery**

    + Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

    + Oversee the design and implementation of scalable DataMarts and data models.

    + Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met.

    + **Technical Expertise**

    + Drive integration of structured and unstructured data sources into BI solutions.

    + Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance insights and decision-making.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable dashboards and reports.

    + **Stakeholder Engagement**

    + Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

    + Communicate complex data insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.

    Qualifications

    + **Experience:** Minimum 10 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.

    + **Leadership:** Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams.

    + **Technical Skills:**

    + Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

    + Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and DataMart design.

    + Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI.

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.

    + **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

    Preferred Skills

    + Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

    + Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

    + Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $118,100.00 - $328,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
