Position Overview
The **Global Retail Performance Intern** will support in the creation of two unique and valuable tools: sales target calculator and Schedule harmonization. The creation of these will directly impact approximately 4K individuals globally. She/He will be asked to work cross functionally to assess the existing tools and leverage them to create one synergistic outcome. These tools will drive business, prioritize results and help hold the team accountable for delivering to their commitments. In addition, the Intern will work closely with their analyst & manager and other functional groups such as Zone Retail Performance leads, Retail Excellence and Merchandising to tie back insights from the field to key company initiatives and priorities.
**Location:** This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
**Salary:** Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour
Key Accountabilities:
Sales Target Calculator Creation
+ Engage with zone leaders to understand the current ways in which we currently calculate and assign individual targets.
+ Create a sales target calculator based on specifically aligned attributes considering input from HR, Retail and company initiatives.
+ Support in the consolidation of data to deliver insights with trends, comparable store typologies and actions.
+ Engage with zone leaders to understand the current ways in which we currently set and adjust in store schedules.
+ Create a harmonized template for all zones to leverage for schedule building, considering input from HR, Retail and company initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
+ Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, hospitality, or a related field
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey critical information to corporate leadership and retail audiences.
+ Fluency in English (verbal and written)
