Job Description
We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to help drive projects to successful outcomes. This position will be a **full-time contract** and **hybrid** with a minimum expectation of 3 on-site days a week in **Newark, DE** .
What You’ll Do
+ Execute key delivery activities to ensure project milestones are met; collaborate where needed
+ Drive business requirements gathering and management.
+ Monitor and report on project progress
+ Manage project documentation (e.g., plans, RAID log) and ensure all records are up to date
+ Schedule and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials
+ Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute them promptly to stakeholders
+ Identify and manage risks and issues effectively
+ Build and maintain critical client relationships
+ Become a subject-matter-expert on implemented solutions; support training and adoption
What You'll Need
Required:
+ 1-2 years of experience in project management or similar role
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
+ Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and problem-solving
+ Ability to use Microsoft Suite, Power BI for dashboards, and SharePoint
+ Ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$85,000 - $100,000 per year
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
